If you drive a high-end car, even a minor accident can force you to spend a large sum on repairs. As you know, in the event of an MTPL (OSAGO) accident, the injured party can receive compensation from the insurer for property damage up to a maximum of 1,800,000 AMD. But if the damage exceeds this amount, the Just Casco insurance package is the perfect solution to avoid major expenses and hassle.

What is covered under the program?

The JUST CASCO insurance program covers property damage to your vehicle resulting from a traffic accident (MTPL) that exceeds the maximum compensation limit under your MTPL or other insurance policies.

Compensation is provided for the difference between the actual damage to your vehicle and the amount already compensated under the at-fault party’s MTPL policy, within the limits of your insurance coverage.

Example: Your car sustained 2,800,000 AMD in damage due to a traffic accident. Under the MTPL policy, you can receive up to 1,800,000 AMD in compensation. The remaining 1,000,000 AMD can be covered by your Just Casco policy — the best solution for full protection.

Covered Events and Risks

Property damage to the insured vehicle caused by a third party in a traffic accident, where the compensation under the at-fault party’s MTPL policy is insufficient and exceeds the maximum payout limit of any other active insurance policy for the vehicle.

The insurance contract can be issued for:

1 year

Required Information for Signing

Owner’s passport and social card
Vehicle registration certificate (or copy)
If represented by an authorized person: power of attorney and the representative’s passport

Depending on circumstances, additional documents or information may be required.

The Company, in accordance with the RA Law “On Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing,” may request additional documents or information from the consumer based on the “Know Your Customer” (KYC) principle, as well as ask additional questions during verbal communication.

The type, class, and/or subclass of insurance, the procedure and conditions for renewing or amending the insurance contract, the terms, conditions, and fees for providing duplicates, certificates, and other information during the term of the insurance contract, as well as the cases and conditions for early termination or cancellation of the insurance contract, including the amount and calculation method of the refundable insurance premium, are specified in the Terms attached below.
