A CMTPL contract can be purchased for a minimum timeframe of three months for the vehicles registered in RA and for ten days for the vehicles that have no RA registration. The maximum timeframe of the contract is one year.

When the aforementioned conditions are not present, the road accident is registered by the road police. This procedure requires the following steps.

It takes up to 11 business days, including the transfer of funds.
Standard reimbursement procedure
It takes between 13-18 business days, including the transfer of funds.
Moreover, the specified periods may be extended depending on the appeals in the process.
The family members of the vehicle owner or tenant will not receive the reimbursement of the car damage.

The Guarantee Fund is a fund established in accordance with the Law on Third Party Liability Insurance, managed by the Bureau, and whose purpose is to compensate for the damages caused to injured parties in cases specified by law at the expense of the Guarantee Fund.
