According to Article 156 of the Tax Code, Nairi Insurance has developed special health insurance program for RA citizens and their family members who are obliged to submit a declaration on income.

What is “Social Med” insurance?

«SOCIAL MED» is health insurance, within the framework of which «SOCIAL MED CHECK-UP» insurance program is offered.

Who can be insured?

Individuals with the obligation to submit a declaration on income and their family members (wife/husband, parent, child) can be insured within the framework of the programs.

What services are compensated?

Services included in «SOCIAL MED CHECK-UP» program:

Annual preventive check-up, including:
- Consultations,
- Instrumental examinations,
- Laboratory examinations.
Reimbursement of treatment expenses in case of injuries.

What coverage is offered?

Sum insured		AMD 1,300,000
Annual insurance premium		AMD 50,000
Insurance territory		Republic of Armenia

WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NECESSARY FOR CONTRACT?

Identity document of the vehicle owner
A document certifying the fact of being a family member.

The Company may, for the purpose of conducting customer due diligence as required by the Republic of Armenia Law “On Combating Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing,” request additional documents or other information from the consumer based on the “Know Your Customer” (KYC) principle, as well as ask additional questions during verbal communication.

The type of insurance, insurance class and/or subclass, the procedure and conditions for renewal or amendment of the insurance contract, the terms, conditions, and fees for providing duplicates of the insurance policy, certificates, and other information during the term of the insurance contract, as well as the cases and conditions for early termination or cancellation of the insurance contract, including the amount and calculation method of the insurance premium refundable to the insured, are specified in the Terms attached below.
