  «SOCIAL MED» is health insurance, within the framework of which «SOCIAL MED CHECK-UP» insurance program is offered.

   

  WHO CAN BE INSURED?

  Individuals with the obligation to submit a declaration on income and their family members (wife/husband, parent, child) can be insured within the framework of the programs.

   

  WHAT SERVICES ARE COMPENSATED?

  Services included in  «SOCIAL MED CHECK-UP» program:

  ➤ Annual preventive check-up, including:

  -    Consultations,

  -    Instrumental examinations,

  -    Laboratory examinations.

  ➤ Reimbursement of treatment expenses in case of injuries.
