Within the framework of the program the following cases are covered:

- Genetic analysis /genetic passport/

-  Comprehensive medical examination

-  Oncomarkers (tumor markers)

-  Specialist consultations

-  Second medical opinion service

INSURANCE PACKAGE

Insurance amount: 12,000,000 AMD
Annual insurance premium: 450,000 AMD

INSURANCE TERM

The insurance contract is concluded for a period of one year.

WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN THE CONTRACT

Identity documents of the Insurer and the Insured.

Due to different circumstances additional documents and information may be required.

For the purpose of proper customer due diligence in compliance with the "Law of the Republic of Armenia on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing", the company may request additional documents or other information from the customer based on the "Know Your Customer" principle and ask additional questions during verbal communication.

The type of insurance, insurance class and/or subclass, the procedure and conditions for renewing or reissuing the insurance contract, the terms and conditions for providing duplicates of the contract, references, and other information during the validity of the insurance contract, the deadlines and fees, as well as cases and conditions for early termination and cancellation of the insurance contract, including the amount and calculation method of insurance premiums refundable to the insurer, are set forth in the attached Terms and Conditions below.
