In accordance with the “Know Your Customer” (KYC) principle and for the purpose of customer due diligence as required by the Republic of Armenia Law “On Combating Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism,” the Company may request additional documents or other information from the customer and may ask supplementary questions during verbal communication.
The type of insurance, insurance class and/or subclass, the procedure and conditions for renewing or amending the insurance contract, the terms, timeframes, and fees for providing copies of the contract, certificates, and other information during the validity period of the insurance contract, as well as the cases and conditions for early termination and cancellation of the insurance contract—including the amount of insurance premium refundable to the policyholder and the method of its calculation—are set forth in the Terms attached below.
If there has been an accident and the Insured Party is insured against accidents, the Insured Party can turn to any medical institution for medical care without calling the company in advance. However, the accident has to be reported to the Company within two days of the accident.
