Malignant primary forms of cancer (stages II and III): histologically confirmed diagnoses characterized by uncontrolled growth of malignant cells and invasion of adjacent tissues.
Myocardial infarction: partial necrosis of heart muscle due to impaired blood circulation in the affected area. Diagnosis must meet the typical criteria established by the RA Minister of Health Order No. 1666-A dated June 29, 2018.
Stroke: death of brain tissue due to lack of blood supply or hemorrhage, resulting in permanent neurological deficit with clinical symptoms. Excludes transient ischemic attacks and brain tissue or blood vessel injuries.
Organ transplantation: bone marrow, heart, kidney, liver, lung, or pancreas transplant.
Severe burns: third- and fourth-degree burns covering 20% or more of the body surface.
Coma: unconscious state with diminished or absent response to external stimuli, loss of reflexes, requiring life-support equipment for 96 hours or more, and resulting in permanent neurological deficit with persistent clinical symptoms.
The Company, in accordance with the RA Law “On Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing,” may request additional documents or information from the consumer based on the “Know Your Customer” (KYC) principle, as well as ask additional questions during verbal communication.
The type, class, and/or subclass of insurance, the procedure and conditions for renewing or amending the insurance contract, the terms, conditions, and fees for providing duplicates, certificates, and other information during the term of the insurance contract, as well as the cases and conditions for early termination or cancellation of the insurance contract, including the amount and calculation method of the refundable insurance premium, are specified in the Terms attached below.
