Nairi Insurance and the Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE) have signed a memorandum of understanding. With the document signed on December 19, the long-term cooperation between the company and the university is heading to a new phase.
University students will not only get an internship at Nairi Insurance, one of the industry leaders but will also get practical and theoretical knowledge from the company's experienced specialists. In other words, not only will the students be hosted at NAIRI, but also our best specialists will regularly give master classes and lectures at the university, presenting the interesting, attractive aspects, subtleties, etc. of the insurance business. In her speech Mane Martirosyan, the Executive Director of NAIRI INSURANCE, emphasised that this memorandum attempts to bring business and education closer.
Diana Galoyan, the rector of the University and Mane Martirosyan, an executive director of Nairi Insurance have exchanged ideas on the problems in the field of insurance education and discussed the ways how to increase the attractiveness of the profession, etc. Being one of the leaders in the field, Nairi Insurance values the importance of education and investments.
The parties agreed to meet in the upcoming year and discuss concrete, practical steps for developing above mentioned educational direction.
