In recent years, human resource management has become one of the most demanded professions. The pillar of the company's success is the team, and it often depends on the professional work of HR professionals as they can form a healthy and strong team. This year, Nairi Insurance and the Armenian HR Association decided to organize a joint event for HR professionals. More than 500 HRMs from different Armenian companies responded to our invitation.

"If 15 years ago someone had told me that we would celebrate the Human Resources Manager's Day and 500 people would be present, I would have said that he was crazy, because 15 years ago there were 10 of us," mentioned Arpi Karapetyan, Founder & Chairman of Armenian HR Association

It is with this realization that Nairi decided to be with the HR community on this very important day also.

Without you it would be impossible to create a successful business," in her welcoming speech has mentioned Mane Martirosyan, the executive director of Nairi Insurance.

"Recently, the role of HR specialists is becoming more and more significant. I think this is not accidental, it is the result of each of your individual and team work. Each of you creates value in your company, and the attitude towards the community and our work changes entirely," noted Mane Babasyan, head of HRM of Nairi Insurance.

The atmosphere of the evening was really great: new acquaintances, productive discussions and, of course, good music and gifts: everything to be recharged and return to work with fresh energy and mind.
